Condition: The condition of this item is Near Mint. The front and back covers have no scuffing. The corners are sharp. The only two items of note that keep this item from being rated mint are that the lower and upper spine show very minor scuffs and the 16 page map booklet has been detached from the perforations but is included. This item is complete.

This deluxe adventure builds on the groundwork of the original Temple of Elemental Evil (published in 1985), as well as other classic adventures. However, none of those products are necessary to enjoy this one.
